An air ambulance landed to treat a person at a Surbiton nursing home yesterday afternoon.
A London Air Ambulance spokeswoman confirmed the helicopter was dispatched just after 2pm to Surbiton yesterday but refused to comment on what it was called for.
Witnesses said they saw the ambulance land at Fishponds in Hollyfield Road, before paramedics ran down Langley Avenue.
Two fire engines, police and ambulances were said to have been outside Southborough Nursing Home, but the Metropolitan Police said it did not have a record of being called.
