A controversial 16-storey town centre tower block will be discussed in a meeting at the Guildhall this month.
This is the third time developer St George has submitted plans for a high-rise on the old post office site in Ashdown Road.
Previous planning applications for the building had been at 21 storeys and 19 storeys before this was brought down.
A special development control committee is being held so developers can present the project and residents can voice concerns to councillors on Wednesday, October 14 from 7.30pm.
